Construction of Ideological and Political Evaluation System for College Chinese Courses in Vocational Colleges Based on the Theoretical Framework of CIPP Evaluation Model

The core of ideological and political evaluation in vocational colleges is actually to evaluate the implementation task "cultivating morality cultivating talents". Traditional methods are mainly based on subjective judgment empirical evaluation, while quantitative objective data rarely adopted practice. Based theoretical framework CIPP model, a questionnaire for college Chinese courses was designed around four key factors: curriculum teaching background, investment, process, effectiveness. 550 questionnaires were distributed students participating this course teaching, which 520 valid questionnaires.
